avilon ROBOTICS drone startup raises 42M ฿ in Seed Round Funding

avilon Robotics, a technology drone and IoT startup, has raised 42 million THB in seed funding round.

By Mr. Sopit Pusonakom, who is an investment leader, along with Mr. Pitisit Pusanakom from Villa Market, a leading brand in the supermarket industry and Tenxor Inc. (California, USA), a technology company specializing in AI and machine learning, led by Mr. Thanakij Wanawit, avilon Robotics received a seed fund investment worth over 42 million baht in this round.

This investment will be used to enhance the technology for air and logistics transportation of goods, reducing the risks on roads, cutting down carbon emissions from transportation, shorten the distance, improving the proximity between consumers and stores without direct contact, fully supporting the government's social distancing measures in response to COVID-19, and also to accommodate the increasing number of tourists during high seasons of 2022-2023 by providing easier and faster access to various products.
